Terrible customer service experience. I was in NYC for prior Sunday, so I decided to book the NY Highlights bike tour. - The site had 1 spot available in the "NYC Highlights tour (English or Dutch)", which I selected. - There was a drop down allowing me select English or Dutch, I selected English. - I received a confirmation email that said "NYC Highlights tour (English or Dutch)" in the title, yet the email confirmation body said "Dutch" and the confirmation ticket said "English-Guide". - I take the 1 hr train ride and subway ride to their downtown location - I was informed that there was no actual English tour (nor guide) available that day - I tried to get a refund, the operator keeps saying it was my mistake for selecting the wrong language even though the WEBSITE STILL OFFERS ENGLISH when they said it didn't actually have an English tour (yet the confirmation ticket screen shot I showed them clearly showed "English-guide"). Don't know which guide you're going to get when you show up, book with them at your own risk!!

Hi Huy - Thank you for the review! There are different options on the activity and your booking had booked for a Dutch Tour.... and your confirmation also said that you had booked for the Dutch option. Unfortunately, normally we run both English and Dutch options and we would have gladly offered to move you to the English one. That day, unfortunately, we only had the Dutch running as no one had booked on the English option. We had you take the Dutch tour and even offered our English Central Park Bike Tour complimentary for you as well, which you took. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

We booked this tour through Fat Tire Bike Tours, who we have used numerous times before What a brilliant tour, our guide Bob was very good Only 6 of us, which was great and made it more personal Saw a lot of the city and this is the best way to do it
