Our tour guide Tim from Over the Falls was INCREDIBLE! He was so personable, friendly and immediately built rapport with everyone on our tour. He went way over and above the average tour, taking us to the Maid of the mist, Cave of the winds the power plant, Three Sisters island and SO MUCH more. He was so well informed on the history of the falls and surrounding area. He had water for all and candy for us while waiting in lines that were unavoidable. We felt like we got the most comprehensive tour for our money and we felt like we had known Tim for years. He was Fantastic! We would recommend his tour to all ages. Our 15 and 17 year old loved our day.

Pat R. did an excellent job as a tour guide. He was conscientious that the group was kept together and all together and timely. He knew enough of the history to give essential information without turning it into an historical tour.
