We had a rookie tour guide and the day was somewhat of a disaster. She was entirely logistics-focused and didn't offer much information about the falls or their history. She didn't tell you in advance what the stops were and how long they were. So as a result, after several stops, we ended up assuming all of the stops were about a half hour long, and then we ended up without our diaper bag for the baby for 3 hours on the last stop. The lunch place was terrible and had run out of 50% of its menu when we arrived. The website says 4-5 hours. It was 9:45-4:30.

I loved how close we got to the falls. Roland, our tour guide, was absolutely amazing! He gave us a lot of information and facts. He made the tour enjoyable and even took a picture of us on the boat and made it into a postcard (LOL)!! He was easy going, did not rush the tour and was very efficient! The whole tour was great and afterwards I felt it was worth going!! But boy was I tired after the whole tour!!! (LOL!)
