The bus was late to pick us up due to a traffic accident,the tour lasted 23 hrs ,the bus was extremely uncomfortable for travelling in fir such a long distance and the t8me spent on the bus The stops were adequate ,the drivers were informative enough Mathew guides were brilliant at Niagara Falls and ensured everyone got to see and do everything that they wanted to do

The guides were good, the falls were fantastic. The coach however, was uncomfortable and noisy. There were no usb’s either and for a 24 hour trip these were needed. The coach left late so we had less time at the falls.
