Was part of a package with hotel and train. We were on a 6 hr cruise which was a bit long but it was what we picked. Saw some humpback, including breaching ones, seals, Dall porpoise, otters, puffin and jellyfish. Also some stunning views of glaiers. Be sure to dress warm as it can get chilly.

Definitely worth it. I can't even explain how amazing it was. Big blocks of ice breaking off a glacier, orcas, humpbacks, stellar seals, puffins, cookies, hot chocolate... it was totally worth it. People in the know say it's the best one.

These folks did a spectacular job. The views were just incredible. The captain clearly knew his stuff and added plenty of good commentary. We saw plenty of whales, some otters, dolphins, puffins, sea lions, and other birds. The highlight was the amazing glaciers in NW Fjord. My only complaint is that the lunch was not good - a wrap with just very dry chicken and lettuce and some packaged snacks (chips, granola, etc). Fair warning, though. If the weather isn’t great, you should expect rough seas during the transit. They did warn us ahead of time, but I saw some seasick passengers on my ride.
