Not enough buses for tickets sold. Total waste of money and time. Waited an hour and a half to get a bus near WTC and just decided to walk back. Wish it was possible to give zero stars.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I purchased 5 passes for 3 days of tours and maybe used the bus three times in one day. Waste of money! They oversell tickets. There is barely room on the bus. Line ups at times to hop on were huge and there were still employees on the streets selling more tickets. Every time we had to get on the bus we had to wait at least 45 minutes because the buses were always full. Also, the bus stops running at 6pm! So if you are on the other side, good luck getting back. The cruise was a joke, it doesn't even stop on the island! Waste of time!

I would give zero stars if I could. The drivers clearly have no training in customer service. One of them told us the bus was full, and there were clearly two seats left, I asked again and somehow, two additional seats magically appeared. The air conditioning on the buses during the summer months was lacking. One bus was better than the other, but one of the other buses I rode on simply did not have the fans turned on at all. With the money I spent and the inconvenience of these buses I would have been better off getting an Uber or taking the public transit. The people that ride this bus DO NOT hop on and hop off as expected of the bus, so it creates this lack of seats on every single bus. They sell way more seats than they have the capacity for carrying which causes a really long wait time for those who wish to get on at different spots along the route. Do NOT waste your money on this tour. I wish I would have listened to the other low rated reviews on here. This is by far one of the biggest rip offs in NYC.
