First you are scammed by using them .They promise you Free WiFi but there's nothing. Buses are filthy Drivers are rude and not helpful.No Aircon it feels like you are going to suffocate at the bottom then they tell you to go on top. Especially now when it is peak summer you burning in the hot sun. Rather use Big Bus. I was scammed and we were 5 adults.Very disappointed

Harassed in Times Square to buy an unbelievable deal 48hour ticket, boat tour and a night time tour ticket that was over priced and would have been cheaper to get online. Started our tour got to stop 17. Only to wait for at least 40minutes in a queue, no communication from the staff about how long or what was going on, only to find out that we were in the wrong queue and actually wanted to be in the other one. Finally got on a bus no tour guide only a computerised voice talking through the stops which you could barely hear over the sounds of traffic. When she wasn’t talking they blasted the same 4 songs on a loop! The buses where overcrowded and so hot. The boat tour around the Statue of Liberty was chaos. A member of TopView staff directed the first 2 off the bus on where to go and everyone else was told to just follow them! They weren’t staff and if you lost them then you had no idea where to go. The boat tour was very unsafe, we had no seat, we just had to hold on and hope for the best. We eventually gave up and went downstairs which was dirty smelly, hot, and over crowded. After, we headed back to the stop to get on the bus along with almost the whole boat. We had to wait for over an hour for the 1st bus to show up. The guy at the stop just said the bus was coming 10-15 mins (always 10-15mins). Day 2 of our 48hr ticket and we waited over an hour for a bus! There was over 30 people at the stop! 4 people give up and got an Uber (40$!) The 1st bus arrived and was full. The 2nd bus arrived and was full. Finally we got on but only us and another couple got on. Over 20 people where left hoping for another bus to show up. When complained about the wait the bus driver said to complain to customer service. We didn’t even try and do the night tour. We had heard people talking on the bus about waiting for hours to get this! We didn’t want to risk walking around the city at night. Overall terrible customer service, spent more time waiting for a bus than seeing the city. Don’t waste your money!!

The guy sold me the package for the hop on hop off tour and the Statue of Liberty tour. So I decided the next morning to hop on the bus in the morning walk to the met and then take the bus back to my hotel and do the Statue of Liberty tour at night. Well the bus never came in the morning and when I asked about the Statue of Liberty tour. The guy said the last one was at 4pm and I had to make reservations and it was already 3:30pm. Then the lady said their is a 5pm and to use your ticket number from your receipt. I didn’t have it but I did find it on the QR code on the app. So huge miscommunication. When I told the bus. There was no iPhone outlet to charge my iPhone. When we got to the Statue of Liberty tour. We had to walk to the Pier and wait about 20 minutes to board and I didn’t get to sit down. I went up by the front of the boat and it was beautiful up till we got to the Statue of Liberty and a family of 12 bombared the front of the boat and was taking pictures and children were bumping into me and not being supervised. It was so RUDE. There was a parent who was sitting down and his kids was on his shoulders looking out from the boat. The kid had to be at least 5. When the staff approached this parent. The parent said nothing. This was the most disorganized and UNSAFE boat ride. Even when we were leaving. A girl with a baby was told to follow the crowd and she didn’t follow directions and snuck a head in line. I am concerned with miscommunication and SAFETy concerns. I spend $87 dollars on a 2 day pass and I want my money back or some of it. If not I am going to the safety committee of New York and complain. Horrible company and experience
