terrible experience from the beginning to the end . 3 days package to use it any time during the day , but unusablle as stops are so long that it takes forever just to go couples of blocks . 1/2 of bud have short windscreen on top that blocks the view . and comments on intercom are desyncronized from location you are .. the boat cruise of the package is more than terrible , with endless waiting queue under the sun , with no shade, and no attention from the staff .boat is overloaded with no space to sit, and staff try to charge more of going on upper deck without customer to be informed before . have been using several buses in major cities around the world and this one is the most terrible . a shame for NYC. to avoid absolutely

AVOID, AVOiD! This tour company is horrible. I’ve been on several hop on/off and this one is by far the worst. Oversell so that line ups to get on the bus are staggeringly long. We waited over an hour at one stop and were no where near the front. Took the subway to get home. Staff are rude with a few exceptions and quality of tour is poor. Audio is repetitive, sometimes the same blurb 3-4 times. Music between info blurbs is at a different volume so always adjusting that. Boat cruise charges $20 to sit on upper deck so you are forced to stand on the first level. No where do they mention an additional $20. Scam! I regret buying these tickets as we did not get our money’s worth. Most tours like night tour, overlap others so mostly the same info. Drivers wait at stops for 3-4 traffic light cycles making the rides unbearably long. 3 hours for us to move 11 stops when seller said it would take 40min. Try Big Bus instead.

Well, let me start by saying Don’t waste your money on two days! Day one the red ( downtown route) the audio program was not working and we were tortured by listening to” welcome to NY” repeatedly! Even while near the World Trade Centre 1. Then we enquired how to get on the Bronx route and we were then told the route has been discontinued ( since Covid) yet flyers tell you it is a route. So day 2 was a repeat of day one and just used the bus for transport to little Italy and to our boat you’re out to liberty island. Well, as we are standing in line we were informed that unless we pay $20 dollars each we can not sit upstairs ( open air) but must sit 8 wide in the closed in area! Or the other ( hot dog stand area). Oh but you could go up to take a picture but can’t sit down! Pathetic money grab! Oh yes I paid so the picture is good!
