This company is all about the sale and not about the service. My cruise tour did not load on the app and my issue has not been resolved. Learn from my experience and try a different company.

Topview has selling agents on every corner it seems in NY. Brochure appears good and there is a hard sell from the agents. What sounded good to us was: Wifi on buses 20 min frequency of buses Recorded audio and free earbuds A/C buses (on lower level) Statue of Liberty cruise on 'Manhattan' boat with 2 open viewing decks. The reality: none of the above. 6 different buses- no wifi. Buses at times were 40 mins apart and often full requiring a wait for the next delayed bus. Many of the audio outlets didn't work. A/C on lower level was very weak. The 'cruise' was on a boat called Liberty. Very small with overcrowding and a small open viewing area that was impossible to access unless you were first on the boat. Topview should be ashamed of what they advertise and actually deliver. Try other companies that also have 'Big Bus.'

We waited at a stop for an hour without an explanation. There were no free seats on many of the buses (it was Memorial Day weekend though so the city was packed). The tour audio was very poor and provided very little information on the sights. The liberty cruise waiting line is abysmal in the scorching sun and the boat overcrowded, we ended up disembarking before departure for safety reasons.
