This is horrible and the wait is too long!! I do not recommend this tour because it is horrible!!!! The staff can be rude at times. There is no AC on the lower deck!!

Bus seats are plentiful at 8 am. After that, you just have to hope you get lucky. We arrived at a stop close to 2:00 pm and waited for almost 90 minutes and finally got on the 5th bus that stopped. The first 3 busses had no available seats and the 4th had only 6 (used by the people in line in front of us). Meanwhile, the TopView guy at that corner was still selling tickets. The line of 30+ people who could not get on. should have been his cue to stop. The next day we opted for the subway and later an Uber. We decided to reserve our cruise at 5:00 pm. Not surprisingly, the cruise before our was overbooked. An argument arose between the TopView workers loading the two boats. One stormed off and brought back a supervisor. She intervened in some way and then proceeded to try to sell our line upgrades to premium for $20/person. We were not interested in giving TopView any more money. General Admission cruise tickets get you a seat on the lower level. It’s hot, dirty, rusty, and loud (same songs as the bus tours). We sat in 70s style vinyl chairs around a plastic folding table by a gold mirrored pole and a mirrored wall across from us. The tour guide was hard to hear over the engine noise. The windows too dirty to take pictures. Pretty much just skip TopView. It’s not worth the money or the hassle. We could have spent less just using the subway for the week we were in NYC.

Terrible service rude employees they lie non stop. Give wrong information. The cruise is old has no AC no shades for line up. Half of the boat is taken by rich kids (premium sits) its disgusting
