We visited NYC Memorial Day weekend. We were sold the full package of a two day hop on hop off ticket plus the night tour plus the liberty cruise. No one told us that specific reservations needed to be made for the Brooklyn tour, night tour and the cruise. Further, we waited for hours in lines to get on the buses. Lots of time wasted instead of actually exploring NYC. They didn't appear to have enough busses running for such a busy weekend. Then after waiting for an hour people from the back of the line were allowed on the bus. No organization of the process at all. We spent a lot of money on passes we were unable to use because we spent so much time in lines.
