Scam, don’t waste your money and better yet your time! Everything is overbooked, request reservations for some tours but doesn’t matter if you have reservation you still get in the herd line - while they still sell tickets and put those people in front of line! Complete joke, most unorganized business you can find. Tip, buy a 7 day unlimited metro card and download Citymapper app - enjoy the extra time you’ll have and money saved in your pocket. Day or night, brutal lines and staff that have no idea what is going on because they are focused on selling tickets not serving customers. Company is a complete joke, you’ve been warned. Wish I would have looked on trip advisor before purchasing. Get used to lines and waiting cause that’s all they do well! Classic bad company resorts to the “All sales are Final” line once they have sucked you in!

A lot of false claims by the salespeople. Free bike ride needed me to read fine print and needed payment. Could have done that for $15 each. Liberty cruise was crowded with no seats unless you upgrade to VIP to get seating on the cordoned off area. Far better to simply take the subway everywhere.. easy, fast, safe and then pay for the occasional activity. Would strongly recommend the circle line cruise.

I’ve done the 48 hours tour hop on hop off bus and the Statue of Liberty and it was a great experience. I highly recommend it. Great way to view the city!
