This pass was the best money I ever spent. We were in NY City for 7 days and got to see the following with our pass, Liberty Cruise ( make a reservation after you purchase your ticket-you can do this on the app), Night Tour( make a reservation), Brooklyn Tour( make a reservation), Hudson yards, Madison Square Park, Washington Park, Macys, Empire State Building- seperate ticket to go up to top), Times Square, Brooklyn Bridge- 2 min walk from downtown stop #10, China Town, Soho, Tribeca 911 building! It was well worth the $119.00!!!! And our bus driver Santana was the best!! Funny and gave us lots of history on the city!!! Santana A++++!!!

Very bad service. First we had to wait for over an hour for the bus fir the Uptown tour to show up. It was later, so we chose to get on the Downtown bus and go to our cruise. After getting to our stop at the Brooklyn bridge we walked for two blocks to get to the pier just to be told that we had to wait for another hour and thirty five minutes to get on the boat. This, despite the fact that when we bought our tickets we were told that the beat leaves every our, and now we were told every two hours. Now you might think that we had a room with AC or at least a little shelter against the sun. No. We had wait for over an hour against a concrete wall under the blazing sun. BTW, the staff was making fun if us for missing the earlier boat and having to wait !!!!!! Unbelievable.

The stops were good, the employees behavior was excellent. The only issue is the bus takes a whilw to get to waxh atop. Thanks
