We booked the three day tour and would have enjoyed it better if there had been more buses with a cover on the top. We did learn to always be at the bus stop early to get better seats. We rode our final ride with the bus driver named Santana. She was wonderful, informative and helpful. She gave us a true tour guide experience that was better than recorded version.

We booked for 3 days, but we used just the first. It's OK see the city from the top of the bus, but we was stuck in the Manhattan traffic. The bus is often full and you have to wait another, losing time. The employee are very rude, they don't care about anything and there is not the wifi on board. Plus the only bus for Brooklyn there is in the morning and it's difficult to take because the bus arrive there always late. The cruise for the statue is not a cruise because for visiting the monument you need another ticket with another cruise. Is better take the subway and visiting the place by your own. And the guide on the bus is the worst ever.
