Good experience with Top View comp. Friendly employees, quite punctual service (I was in parting of year 19). The excursions are customized to the language of preference. They gave us layers when it rained. The prices of the 3-day package were cheaper than buying them independently. I visited Manhattan, Brooklyn and the statue of liberty that is on the boat.

We did the tour in hopes we could’ve made the most out of our last day in NY. Worst decision ever..... the lady who we brought the tickets from said a bus passes every 10-15mins at each of their designated stops....The lie detector found that’s a lie...we waited nearly an hour to get on a bus at our 1st stop. We made 2 stops and just called it a loss. We complained to the bus driver who simply said “call the head office and complain to the owner”. Terrible, terrible, terrible services....I wish I can give it -5 stars. Save your money and Uber.

Good luck finding a stop. We found one but the person at the start of the queue had been waiting hours watching bus after bus pass by. The queue was hard to find but this was where staff members were sending everyone. We paid for the 3day pass not worth the money they fool you into thinking that you are getting extras like free cycle hire but it's 2 hours additional hours so you need to pay for hire then you get your additional hours. I did enjoy the trip on the boat and I got close enough to get good photos of the statue of liberty but apart from that don't bother your wasting your money.
