Ruined two days of our holiday! The queues to get on the bus took so long that you skipped sights in fear of the next inevitable queue. The night time tour kept us waiting in line for over an hour and for no apparent reason. Only one bus left in that entire hour and the glass on the upstairs was so dirty it was hard to see any attractions anyways! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!

Our first ever hop on and off trip that was overwhelmed on the Black Friday. The supervisor at New York 34th Street was patient and reassured customers that buses were on the way for all of us in line where the wait was a little more than half an hour. Our 2 children were packed to the upper deck and were feeling cold, otherwise the ride was pleasant and smooth. Good job to the team.
