There is NO commentary, just music on a loop. And it would have been so interesting to learn more of such a great city. The bus would not leave for the next stop unless every seat was occupied. The progress was so slow that we got off and walked! When we got to the terminal for the cruise we were herded into queues cattle market style. The Topview representative never made eye contact and didn’t use words, mostly just grunts and finger pointing. So rude. Avoid this tour.

Where to begin? You can’t walk down a street without being pressure sold this bus trip. We paid $89 each for a 5 day ticket to get around the city quickly. Well, they are definitely not 10 mins apart. Their app is terrible. This is a scam, pure and simple. I experienced drivers shouting at paying customers, some would not even acknowledge you, and regularly being turned away because the bus was full. Stops were not where they were meant to be, we spent hours walking sometimes trying to find them. Staff often had no idea either. This is just the worst company. As one passenger shouted as she left the bus ‘you are a HORRIBLE business’. We paid in cash so I can’t even stop the payment. We ended up walking or using taxis. A very expensive mistake. I implore you do NOT use this company. Do not get conned. I can’t begin to imagine how they get any 5 star ratings.

No ticket, only a receipt of your purchase is given, if raining the water is coming inside the bus, often can't even find seats so after waiting 25-30 minutes for the next bus we have to take the metro because the bus was full. It's always late and very slow because of the traffic, difficult to find the stops as well.
