Bad experience... the audio explanation was off in all tours we took. We booked online the Liberty Cruise to 3PM. When we arrived in the pier there was a huge line and the boat got full before we board. The employees said that we had to wait for 5:30PM tour. We gave up...

We purchased this package in advance on-line at a discounted price. The price paid was certainly only what it was worth, full price would have been ridiculous. The buses are at best very old, I’m sure they wouldn’t still be road worthy in the UK. I’m surprised that in 2019 in one of the most visited cities in the world, these buses wouldn’t be allowed. Certainly of all the bus companies offering this type of hop on hop off service Top Views buses and the worst. The liberty cruise was excellent, well recommended. The free 2 hour bicycle hire around Central Park isn’t true. It should read 2 additional hours free on top of your original hire cost. The night tour is ok, but it only picks up at one stop. This means you may need transport just to get you to the bus stop. Overall for the discount price it’s ok value. Other reviewers have said the drivers were rude, we didn’t find this to be the case. The bus stops are only in certain spots, certainly not everywhere. Obviously the traffic in NYC can’t be helped. At times you would be quicker walking shorter destinations. Finally the amount of Top View staff is seriously something to see there must be hundreds at anyone time. So you are pestered even if you have a ticket!

Very disappointing. First you book online and would think that you get an e-ticket. Wrong, you actually have to go with your confirmation email to a person at one of the stops. Well we found the person and hopped on the bus to get the tickets. In a rude manner we were told to 'back off' (that must be an unknown version of 'welcome we like our clients'), get out of the bus, "I will come to you after I get this bus going'. Great customer service....We waited for 15 minutes and got on mediocre buses (windows were unclean or old and not very transparent). The one thing that was excellent was the audio system, I have to say. But the content of what was being said was sad. Oh and there is the "live bus arrival times' that did not work. I am really sorry, we picked this tour because of some reviews, but our experience was way below expectation.
