We were told that we could get ferried to the Statue of Liberty and get off. Come to find out, thats not true. You can't even go in the statue without a reservation and the cruise is just a guided tour, there is no getting off. On top of that, we were told our credit card was declined when paying for the tours, so we paid cash. We were actually charged by Topview on the credit card and they took our cash.

Had a great 48hr NY bus tour pass very good value. I double booked this for myself and my wife. I booked on line then bought tickets off one of the street ticket sellers, as i did not think the on line sale had been processed.When i noticed this on my credit card statement back in the UK. I contacted the topview customer service team, they arranged a refund very quickly for the online payment without any fuss or bother. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE from Ori [-] & Jenn [-]. The double booking was my own fault!!! I highly recomend this company.

This tour is difficult to access because vouchers have to be redeemed at a certain address rather than on the bus. This meant a search to find the address which is a private-looking office. Other companies can be paid for at the bus. The commentary does not work well as we had almost always passed the point of interest by the time we were told about it.
