Bitter experience...you will find their agents all across the square trying to lure in...Pls bargain if you are getting into one..There was no guide for us and the drivers were pretty rude. The staff had no idea as to what courtesy is. Pretty disastrous. A strict no.

The bus was comfortable, the audio of the tour itself was well timed, clearly spoken and informative. The earbud headphones were also a nice surprise as they were the first pair in probably 15 years that didn't irritate my ears. However, I could have used some help in figuring out the audio system. It took me until the second stop to figure out how to get English. They do broadcast the English audio on the bus, but it is hard to hear over the conversations of the other riders. Staff were courteous to me helping me find the correct bus, but I thought that they were a bit brusque and fast on the bus...especially when you consider how few of the other riders were speaking English.

This was a great experience. Good value for money and saw all the important sights. Only disappointment was the liberty cruise wasn't running due to the weather but can't blame the company for that!
