The Ladies and Gentlemen Selling these tickets will sell you whatever you will buy. Learn to read! We bought 72-hour pass hop on hop off pass for $256.00 for a family of 4. He claimed some things that were not on my ticket. Guess what? He had to print another ticket and add them. Amazing how that works!!! It is NYC. These men and women are not making a million bucks selling these tickets and there is a lot of competition! The bus tours are not as competitive and do not offer nearly as many opportunities to jump on and off. We loved it. My ONLY gripe. Once you got the tickets they were not as helpful.

NYC Trip Was Good, buy you tickets before you take a bus though not with the people on the street. you can buy them from your phone. They have 4 different tours to pick from or for $49 you can get an All Day Pass hop on hop off kind. I ran out of time and only got to go Downtown but it has a tour guide you can hear with headphones you plug into the bus it was nice to hear the stories and music. The drivers are kind of pushy but they are nice. Many buses run all day. I would take the other tours the next time Im in NYC.

Took the 2 days hop on hop off bus. Terrible service: 1. Old and dirty buses! No A/C, they are in really bad shape... 2. The drivers are rude,they have no idea of what customer service is. 3. They don't have enough buses, the first day I spent more time waiting for them to pick me up at the stops, and when a bus finally appeared most of the times was full of people, so I had to wait for another hour for the next one. 4.Finally the second day, after the first 45 minutes wait to get a bus (which never happened), I decided to use the subway instead, and ask for a refund, they give you a customer service number, which is also scam... no body takes the call. So... in summary I wasted US$130 (me and my wife)... Please stay away from these people, the subway is faster and cheaper...
