Kevin is a very good informed and experienced guide. Also a humorous story teller. We enjoyed to stay with him :).

Unfortunately we had an awful experience. No member of staff was at the bus when we arrived at the meeting place so we simply boarded. We were then humiliated and embarrassed and made to leave as we had not signed in before entering , despite showing our booking reference. We were then forced to board another bus and of course we were at the back of the queue - we got the worst seats. The bus inside had rubbish on the seats and the windows were filthy - so much so we cleaned our window ourselves with our own sanitiser wipes. The tour also ended approx 30 mins earlier. Not worth the money.

This is unfortunate that you felt humiliated by your behavior at the check-in. On the day of your tour multiple guides were conducting an orderly check-in of over a hundred guests. You chose to skip past this line and get onto a bus all on your own. This created problems for the start of the tour and was disrespectful of your fellow guests. You were kindly asked to move to the next bus as the one you had improperly boarded was at capacity. This was all of your own doing. The embarrassment you speak of is of your own making, not the courteous guide's treatment of you.

The tour was lots of fun! We stopped at the Apollo theatre, corona park, yankee stadium, the Brooklyn Bridge, then ended the tour in Little Italy. We stopped at for empanadas in the Bronx, and in Brooklyn for lunch we had a lot of great food options to choose from. Our tour guide Kevin Lawrence did a great job he was very informative and knowledgeable. We also loved his sense of humor he made the tour lots of fun. I’d definitely recommend doing this tour. Also don’t forget to tip your tour guide!!
