Our tour guide, Jorge, is extremely knowledgeable and he cares deeply about how he explains things so that his tour participants come away with greater understanding of the true and real differences among these four boroughs of NYC. He clearly loves his city! And that love shines through as he and the driver navigate the city for the day's trip. This tour is suggested for those who want to delve a little deeper into the city beyond the glitz of all the famous tourist sites. Attempting to travel to these boroughs can feel a little scary for tourists, and this was a fun and informative way to view them without worry of getting lost, but also to make sure that the best sights are covered. I highly recommend this tour and so appreciate Jorge and our driver for showing me a new and different side of the city I love to visit!

The title of the tour encloses what I liked the best: contrasts, color and character. And, of course, having such a great guide as Manuela Biondi to explain relevant historical facts and highlight the most picturesque details of all places visited.

Our guide was a lovely gentleman called Tom. We did this tour on 30th June 2022 and had such a great time. Not only was the tour interesting and the sights and sounds, amazing, Tom made it an unforgettable experience. His local knowledge was excellent but he also added personal stories from his own experiences growing up and living in New York, which bought the whole experience to life for me and my family, even down to the jazz music he played and the unique sound Louis Armstrong. Tom was passionate about the tour and afterwards, when he helped us on the tube, we really felt we had met and made a new friend. Thank you Tom for an amazing day.
