Comfortable bus, knowledgeable guide with too many personal opinions. At the end of the tour, left is at a completely different and far location from where we started. A tour should end where it starts. Thanks God I was familiar with th subway system. Still left a 10 dollars tip mostly for the 4 hours of information given and the good driving.

Thank you for your thoughtful review. We're glad you enjoyed parts of the day. It is fairly customary for a tour to end in a different location from where it began. It's very helpful of you to point that out so people are prepared.

Jorge was awesome on our 6 hour tour to the Bronx, Harlem and Brooklyn. I felt like it was a nice way to see the boroughs we wouldn't otherwise have visited. He went over not only the highlights of every area, but the socioeconomical differences between the areas. We had our kids on the tour with us so it's nice for them to learn the history of New York City (as a whole) and not just the cool and sexy Manhattan. I would recommend this tour if you're interested in seeing the other boroughs but don't know how to start or if you're short on time. Six hours seems like a long time, but it goes by really fast. Just make sure you plan your bathroom trips accordingly. You stop at a few places to take photos and grab a bite to eat. It's a big bus so it's comfortable and spacious enough for a large group. Make sure you have some cash to tip the driver and the tour guide. They spend the entire day with you keeping you safe and entertained so I'm sure they appreciate the extra gratuity.

This is an excellent way to experience the wider city of New York. A comfortable bus with toilet facilities and air conditioning takes you all over, with numerous stops along the way to get off and take pictures. We loved it and highly recommend. The tour guide was remarkably knowledgeable, good humoured and highly entertaining, providing lots of context and background to the different locations and attractions. Walking is manageable (no steep hills) and mostly in the form of short stops for photo opportunities. The visit to Queens includes the site of various World Fairs, which is especially impressive, and includes a short stroll around the attractions. You'll get to see a lot of the city and learn about its history, culture, and iconic moments, all of which makes for an excellent day out and introduction to NYC. There's also a lunch break where you can choose from several local eateries depending on your preferences (you buy your own). The pizza was excellent! You'll have plenty of opportunities to take photos. The tour also helps newcomers to the city orientate themselves, and having been on the tour we felt much more confident exploring the city and using the metro to make return visits to Queens. The toured ended close to Little Italy so a great place to stop for an early bite. There are also dedicated toilet stops along the way. Highly recommend. A fabulous day out that genuinely felt like a mini adventure!
