I travelled with a big pack consisting of senior citizens, children, and 3 months infant. We were promised heated covered bus, not only did the culprit told us to wait at the wrong place, but the two leveled bus was full in the bottom where it is heated. It's December in NYC and it's snowing and with all that is in our pax it is almost inhumane to ask us to sit out in the uncovered part of the bus. The next bus was scheduled an hour away, not an option. Do yourself a favour, don't get on this bus.

One hour waiting in the line for bus. Guy from Topview lying that bus will come within 5 minutes every 5 minutes. If you but tickets from Groupon you need to run few blocks to the office to receive your tickets (they don’t approve vouchers at the bus stop). It’s wasting a time and money.

I had my brother visit me and I wanted to try something different so I booked this service and I had an amazing experience. The bus left the terminal on time and the driver took us to many cool destinations: Empire State Building, Manhattan bridge, Chinatown, etc etc. the view of NYC at night is amazing. I would recommend it for travelers who want to see the city at night without so much traffic.
