Such a great tour through Manhattan. Michael was hilarious and entertaining. Definitely recommend to go at night when the view from the bridge is amazing and times square is all lit up. Great time!

Many great views and informative tour guide! If only we could get much closer to the statue of liberty. Maybe next time..

This score is indicative of the company’s communication and has nothing to do with our tour guide Shawn. He was amazing and was so knowledgeable and personable. 10/10 stars for him! I would have asked for a refund if he hadn’t been so wonderful. I booked these through TripAdvisor and added the tickets to my wallet like I do for every ticket. I called the provided phone number because there are two meet up spots. I asked three times which spot I was to meet up at just to make sure I didn’t misunderstand. We arrived at Times Square at the bus and waited 28 minutes before anyone came by to check our tickets. One of the guys in a red jacket (I didn’t catch his name) came by and said I needed to download the app for Top View and attach the confirmation number so they could scan my tickets. I told him I didn’t have that since I bought my tickets through trip advisor. He asked which tour we were on and I told him the audio. He told me we were in the wrong spot and sent us to another location 20 minutes away and told me our tour was not until 8. I told him (and showed him the ticket) that our tour was at 7. He said those are winter hours and this is March. I showed him we have tickets booked for today, March 10 at 7 for the audio tour. When we got to the other location the bus was already gone. I called the customer service number again and was told I could reschedule for the 8:00 tour and that I needed to go back to the other location. The agent on the phone was nice enough to walk me thru getting set up with the app and getting my tickets to show up. We walked back to the original location and got in line. When we did, the same guy as before came up and said “you figured it out”. I told him that actually we were in the right spot before. He said that there is a difference between the audio and live entertainment and I told him we are audio. He said he didn’t hear me before even though he was too focused on telling me I was wrong and the other place was only a few blocks away. I won’t use this company again and I won’t recommend it based on the customer service we experienced today.
