We had a horrible experience with topview. We were sold tickets first telling they were of night bus tour. When we reach the location , one of the representative saw tickets and confirmed they are good and please wait in queue. We were 6 adults and 3 infants. The line was long , but we waited with all excitement despite being children's we're finding it difficult. However when our turn came to board they didn't boarded us saying we have wrong tickets. And told us to connect with there office location. We called no one responded in office. Plus they gave us no refund for this stupid mistake from there management side.i would strictly suggest all of you guys to not to buy from them. Very unprofessional and rude people. I wish I can give them zero and below.

Got our tickets through Groupon. They had two different addresses for the bus company. Neither was the right address where the bus departure was. So we go 2 sightseeing trips. one walking half of Manhattan Island and the other on the top deck of the bus. Once we got to the departure place there was a line next to the bus. The attendant at the bus was very accommodating and got my party on the bus even though a few walked slower than the rest of us. The sights of NY at night are wondrous! I would do it again!

My husband and I bought 3 days tour, including all bus tour and 2 hours bike rental. But we only took 2 times. The day bus was too hot and we cannot bear it then got down from the bus. The night tour is too cold and we waited for the bus for a long time. Especially, the bike rental company didn't rent the bike to us for 2 hours free after we walked a long time getting there. I don't recommend the topview bus tour. it's better to take the subway or ordinary bus.
