It was of course very cold at night in FEB but I had planned and dressed accordingly with blanket and down. We did a loop of downtown and took a bridge over to Brooklyn and back. There were some fabulous views at night and I got a feel for the lay of the city. I took personal note on what I wanted to go back and see later. I was a bit disappointed that there was no commentary on what we were seeing as we drove around and it would have made the trip a lot more interesting. They did provide an out door as well as warmer areas to sit. If you don't mind looking there are discount prices available in social media.

this company sold us tickets for a night tour and did not have buses available to deliver said tour, we were in line for 1.5 to almost 2 hours and they stated that every 30 min a bus would pass by, LIES. I returned to the sales person and they went back with us to the bus location to discover chaos in the lines, the sales person agreed to provide a refund at the end of the shift and I returned the tickets and trusted their sales agent. They have not provided a refund, I filed a complaint with the credit card company and they lied and said that I used the tickets. HORRIBLE COMPANY... DO NOT USE

Had a wonderful experience. Even though from tri-state area, it was my first time on a tour. Our driver Lawrence Atkinson was a great help and was very insightful for any questions we had. I will be recommending.
