Lamont r & thomas a were very helpful and friendly!!!! Had a great tour! very informational. Great to see all the big tourists attractions. Even better when your only in new York for the night. Definitely recommend and I will be brining friends and family on my next vacation.

It was beyond awful! We booked the night ride for 11:00pm and when we got there, the line went around for more than 2 corners with literally more than hundred people waiting. At 10:50pm they were still people from the 9:30pm reservation waiting in line. On top of being delayed for longer than an hour with no choice, because when we asked for a refund they said to call a number that never answered, the personnel working there was really disrespectful and nasty, especially Junior, this guy shouldn’t be working with people! It was disorganized and the people working there didn’t seem to have any training in organizing anything and even less in dealing with people. On top of everything they continued to sell tickets in front of the already very irritated and clearly mad crowd. We finally got in the bus at 12:20am and the line was still unbelievable, see the picture. We didn’t leave because we refused to waste our money, but we are clearly never coming back!
