Absolute waste of money No commentary at all ( someone mentioned headphones as we were getting off at the end of the ride (I can’t call it a tour) but we were not offered any headphones so knew nothing about them We had no idea we’re we were travelling through or what we were looking at . Don’t bother with this company

To start, our tickets did not appear on the phone. I was under the impression there would be dialogue along the way. What were we supposed to be looking at? Also, very disappointed the tour left out the department store lights and Rockefeller Center.

Not the best, probably better depending on temperature and weather. My wife and I managed to get top seats so we had a breathtaking view of the city when we went over the bridge. The "guide" was just a recording that I think attempted to play based on where you were at so at times it felt like you might have passed or haven't passed the things it was talking about.
For best results, show up early to get good seats. Dress appropriately for the weather and factor in that you will be exposed to high winds while the bus is driving. And bring your own headphones because the ones provided weren't always working for everyone on the bus
