I liked the taped recording, informative, but felt it should have been an American, not someone from Britain, on the recording. However, the ticket process was a nightmare. I paid in advance through Viator. On the email it says this is not your ticket but arrive early to redeem it. So I went to the redemption site to the address listed on the paper. When I got there another lady was there by herself. Bear in mind, this is not a great area. She said her friendS had to leave and go get a paper ticket somewhere else. Her friends came back and told me where to go- several blocks away. I had to walk by myself through a very shady area to find the bus. Again, this address was NOT listed on the email. I finally arrived hot and tired and presented my paper to the two guys that were milling around the bus. Both of them tried to print me a ticket and their machines would not work. One ran out of paper. The other tried and his didn’t work either. So they told me just to walk back and they would let me on the bus. So here I go again walking by myself through the shady neighborhood back to the original spot. The tour was fine but when we got back they took us back to a totally different area. It was dark and again strange people were milling around. The whole thing was very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ll never take another tour with this company. You need to get your facts straight and be where you’re supposed to be. Not be several blocks away requiring people to walk in unsafe areas. Last, I found out I could’ve gotten a free tour through the hotel I was staying at as part of my destination fee. So that made it even worse.

If I could do no stars I would . Lines and wait are extremely long . Hour and a half and still kit on the bus . We had pass for 3 days and wish we never bought . Don’t do it . Waste of money .
