Not worth it. there are much better viewpoints for less money. I bought the flexible VIP ticket but the "fast track" queue was slower than the normal queue. Then, upstairs it is all built up so you are literally just looking out of a glass building. The views are nice for sure but it is not an "experience". Much better options for less money are the Empire state Building, or my personal favourite, the Top of The Rock where you can be completely outside. The show was underwhelming and staff a bit bored. The elevator ride is supposed to be breathtaking but your average oculus VR experience is 100% times better.

I was very disappointed. I thought we would be going outside. No. I didn't understand the iPad usage. The staff person just handed it to me without a word of explanation as to how to use it or what to do, It wasn't until my granddaughter was sick of being there, that someone next to us turned the volume up, and I realized you could select specific images for more information. By that time, we were fed up with the experience. It was basically about getting as much money as possible from us. We had two $15 certificates with our very expensive tickets. We got two ready-made sandwiches (that were not good), two bags of chips, and one bottle of water. After subtracting the $30 certificates, I still owed them $16. I'm not kidding. Don't bother going. It's just not worth it.

Fantastic experience and magnificent views! They have done an amazing job honoring 9/11 victims. Stayed several hours to watch the sunset and the lights and was not disappointed.
