AJ was the best part of the tour. His knowledge of Grand Central Depot/Station/Terminal and subsequent passion is outstanding! I definitely learned something new about the history of the terminal. It was a great experience. It would be nice if the tour operator would provide a portable speaker unit so that everyone can hear the guide. It was challenging to hear AJ when we were in the noisiest parts of the terminal. We were a group of 15 persons. Maybe a portable speaker is not allowed. But, it would make a great tour even better. AJ did a great job regardless!
