The guide was nice and seemed knowledgable. Unfortunately it was very difficult to hear him due to the mask requirements but also the ambient noise in the hall. If he could project a bit more that would help. Also, we would have preferred a bit more walking and less standing. But overall we did learn a few interesting things.

We do follow the MTA's mask mandate requirement which does sometimes effect the quality of sound. I will pass along this note to our guide along with your note about standing in place. I designed this tour myself to ensure that it was kinetic and fun with the group on the move every few minutes. I too dislike standing in place in on a tour myself. My husband and I took the NYC Secrets of Grand Central on Feb 21st. Gabby lead the tour and it was wonderfully interesting and well presented. I highly recommend this tour for NYC visitors and residents alike!
