Do not book on Viator. This is a third party site. Visit the actual tram website to book your tickets ahead of time so you can reserve an actual ticket time. Booking through Viator will save you no time and you will have to wait in line to get your tickets and then you may have to wait another 1-2 hours to ride the tram. The tram ride was a great experience and highly recommend taking your family, just don't book through this site.

The Viator voucher is not for a specific time slot. You must turn the voucher for a proper ticket when you go to the Tramway. The tickets are given out for specific time slots. By the time we got there (mid day) there was a line all the way out the building just to get to the ticket counter and the counter was handing out tickets for slots two hours away. In the end we left without going up the mountain and after paying for parking. Safe yourselves the trouble and book directly from the Tramway web site.

The lines are long, get there early even if you have a voucher from a third-party vendor. Expect to wait regardless. The ride on the tram, the trails on the mountain and the views are well worth the trip! The prices at the sit-down restaurant were way too high for the quality of the food (we call it view food).
