i had trip topearlharbor jul 2 10 ampick up.amazing they had tickets to harbor great friendly driver and tour downtown quin of hawaii palace driver was amazing!!!!best ever he deserve rise!!!! best friendly knowlidgble.....amazin all for 60 $......hey bos this driver must get raise!olr yo lose customers..great bus safe........top 5!!!!!

The Pearl Harbor tour was the best first trip on Oahu! Respect, Honor and Remember!! This is a must if you’re visiting Oahu due to the history. There was an aircraft carrier docked, which arrived a day prior so we were able to see up close. My kids are 18 and above and they loved it too. Recommend not to carry any big items like backpacks for this visit as you’re not allowed to take them into the memorial site. Go light and small.

We were left standing on the curbs in the blazing sun for more than an hour to never be picked up. After lenghly calls and chat conversations it turned out the pick up location on the voucher was wrong. Roberts tour blamed Get your Guide and vice versa. No solution was offered by Roberts tour. Why not send a car or call us when we werent boarding? No solution offered, a once in a lifetime experience ruined. Stay away from Roberts tour, people!
