Absolutely horrible. This is why. The tour guide stated repeatedly on the bus that the bus will come back to each bus stop every hour. Twice we waited past an hour for the bus. One time we waited for over an hour of when the bus was supposed to be back. It was so cold and we were a part of Girl Scouts. The weather was so cold that The Big Bus Tour was going to be closed the next day. The one stop we went to for the food court at The Bellevue was closed and The Bog Bus didn’t know. No mention of you need to stay on the bus for the tour to get your tickets. You won’t be able to get on and off on the bus until you have your tickets at stop one.

I bought tickets the day of we made it to stop one only to find out the day was canceled due to weather it was wet out but the other tour but a was running late have requested my money back but no answer yet 😡
