Was able to buy tickets for a tour scheduled for January 2, 2022, only to get there and learn by a passerby that all tours were canceled due to a parade. Once I called, I was told that an email has to be sent and “hopefully” someone will get back with me about a refund. This should not be how business is run. First, they shouldn’t have a ticket for sale on a day that they will not be running. Second, I shouldn’t have to fight so hard and “hopefully” wait and see if someone responds to an email about my money for a service that I NEVER got.
