I joined Beyond the Bellā€™s Gayborhood tour and was so impressed by our tour guide Joeyā€™s deep knowledge of Philly LGBTQ history. The tour covered a wide variety of historical figures and stories and offered really interesting reflections about social movements and historical evidence. The tour was welcoming and interactive. Iā€™d recommend to anyone visiting Philly or who lives in Philly who wants to learn more about the diverse history of the city!!!

Joey was a great guide! He was very friendly and so very well informed - all my questions were answered! The start location was easy to find and easily accessible through public transportation, and the tour started right on time. Joey did a great job in keeping a good pace, and made sure everyone was present to hear what he was saying. I would definitely recommend the LGBTQ History tour to friends, family, and others! I can't wait to take more tours with this company!
