PistachioLand Farm Tour

Overview

The PistachioLand tour offers a ride on a 14 passenger electric vehicle through the pistachio orchards and vineyards. This is a working farm where pistachios and wine grapes are produced, and wine and candy is also produced on-site. Free samples of nuts and wine are available in the gift shop. Although you can walk-in to purchase a $2 ticket, booking guarantees a seat unless canceled for weather.

I’m so glad we took the time to stop at PistachioLand! We thought that it might be a little hokey, but no, It Was Really Fun & Interesting!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the guided tour by “James” through the pistachio fields, we learned a lot and he was very entertaining as well! The Wine Tasting was also a real hit! 🍷 We ended up buying several bottles of wine, including a couple of bottles of Pistachio Wine to gift friends with. We also loved sampling the dozens & dozens of pistachio flavors they’ve created. SO tasty! We bought several bags of pistachio flavors for ourselves and friends & family! There was such a great selection of gift items at the store AND the customer service was top notch! Also, I gotta mention, my waffle ice-cream cone was delicious too! We highly recommend PistachioLand … 5 star +

The Pistachio Land business and the giant pistachio at the highway are all tourist attractions. But the farm tour is seriously interesting. It takes about an hour. We paid $3 apiece for the tickets. Our guide was great. Our grandchildren, ages 7 and 9, really enjoyed the tour. Heads up - There is only one tour per hour on the hour, The tour cart only holds 20 visitors. The tickets can sell out quickly. So check on ticket availability before you spend time eating ice cream or shopping in the gift store.

Enjoyed our tour of this farm and learning more about the growing of pistachio and also about the winery. Our guide was great! He was knowledgeable about the history of the farm and the process of growing pistachios. He also added in some great humor. The store was also fun with so many items for sale. Lots of pistachios to sample and buy, as well as many other sauces, salsas, candies, honeys, pickled items, pecans, T-shirts, souvenirs, and so much MORE! This is in addition to the ice cream and other food for sale. Fun place to spend a couple of hours.
