We're spending a few days in the area and this spot was on our area bucket list. What a pleasant hour. We arrived in time for a 11 am tour of both the pistachio and wine fields. James was our tour guide and wow does he know the history and all about farming pistachio and grapes. After the half hour tour we sampled and purchased both wine and pistachios. Patrick explained the wines well. The pistachio ice cream was an added treat. It's a great stop, not to be missed if in the area.

It's great to hear that you enjoyed your experience on our farm. James will be glad to know that he made the tour interesting...the tour is a great way to see the outdoor side of the farming business. We've been farming for 44 years now, and also make our own wines and many pistachio products like the ice cream. Thanks for visiting!!

Tara gave an excellent tour-entertaining and informative. The farm was only charging $3 and there was plenty of room, if we hadn’t reserved and paid $5. I loved hearing about your option on Viator, so we could plan our day. Tara seemed surprised about our tour and was delayed getting started after her previous tour. She had to cut short some her spiel in order to finish on time. Other than that, the tour was worth the time and money and helped us appreciate pistachioland. We loved the free samples and wide selection of products. They are growing grapes now, but the sweet wines they offered were not appealing to my group — others there seemed to love them and bought several bottles after the free wine tasting.
