We were not picked up at the designated time. The dispatch had no idea what was going on, gave us the wrong instructions. When the driver arrived over an hour late, he berated me for screwing things up and keeping him out late!

Excellent. Someone met us at the baggage claim and got us straight into the vehicle. Took a lot of stress out of travelling with a very tired 7 year old.

I hate to say it because I dislike negative reviews, but this was a major disappointment. After a SFO to JFK flight, I thought it would be a nice treat to book a private transfer to the hotel in Manhattan. The driver was not there when the flight arrived, and when I checked with the Dispatcher 15 minutes later, I was told "traffic is bad" and to expect the driver in another 15 minutes. When I called again 20 min later, I was told: "there has been an accident, but the driver would be arriving in a few minutes". Finally, an hour and 5 minutes late, the car arrives. When asked about the severity of the accident, the driver said: "Oh, I think there was one on the Expressway... " But no apologies from either the driver, or the Dispatcher. Oh, we had to wait out on the curb too - and could have hailed one of several cabs during the wait.... The one good thing: the drive to the Hotel was comfortable and without incident.
