Not impressed. We understood that the driver and car would be waiting for us. We cleared immigration and had to wait 40 minutes for the car to arrive and that was only because another driver chased the company up for us.

I had booked a private car due to our 10.00pm arrival in New York and wanted a quick and easy transfer to our hotel, but this did not occur. There was some confusion on arrival. The driver was no where in sight - we had to leave the terminal to look for him. Had no idea where to go but was helped by the airport porter. Car finally arrived but couldn't park the car - it was very chaotic. There was a lot of traffic about, but I think this is normal for New York and should be taken into consideration.

Excellent. slight hitch on the way in due to a driver going sick but no real inconvenience as still got our ride but the totally redeemed themselves by offering us a complimentary return ride back to airport. Fantastic customer service will use again and would recommend.
