They were there waiting for us but a small delay in actually transferring.
Had to ring to find out what time we were going to be picked up for the return journey which took a bit of time. The actual transfer and cars used were brilliant

Excellent service.
Emailed beforehand to confirm pick up time and hotel, driver was on time, courteous and very friendly throughout the journey.
We will now be booking private transfers every time we travel

Driver arrived earlier at hotel for pick up, car a bit cold, quite stingy with the air con. Company said theyd call me when driver was at pick up place to let me know of the car make, colour and the name of the driver. They didnt and the driver was trying to locate me at the hotel. Finally he did and the company called 15 minutes later when I was already in the car. Lot of things are left to chance and you have to sort of chase them to do their basic job. Amateurish. Would use a different company next time given that theyre not cheap
