  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon request
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
  • When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
  • Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan or a five per sports utility vehicle.
  • Face masks required for travellers in public areas
  • Transportation vehicles regularly sanitised
  • Facemasks are mandatory for drivers & passengers. Vehicles regularly sanitized. Drivers maintain maximal physical distance possible. Drivers open & close car doors/trunks to minimize passenger contact.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We were picked up at the airport and delivered to the hotel, but they never picked us up for the trip back to the airport. I had even sent an e-mail to confirm the date & time before I paid. When I called to let them know the driver had not arrived, I was told that we did not have a reservation and if we wanted to be picked up, they could do it in an hour. I then started using their text function and eventually got a call after I had already secured a LYFT driver, they said yes, I had a reservation and had pre-paid, they also confirmed the pickup time. Basically they said : "whoops sorry about the lack of driver." Then I got a text message from the company saying that my pickup time was different than what I claimed by 1/2 hour. I asked for my money back, and was told I had to contact a different company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON.

Mark was so nice, he arrived in a beautiful car and was very engaging with conversation while driving us to the hotel. I would highly recommend him. His demeanor was extremely polite and warm. He is a great driver.

Never showed up , called and kept us on hold for over 20 minutes to then ask us to call back because ā€œ they couldnā€™t get a hold on their driverā€ no refund provided either. Ended up taking Uber black
