I had a round-trip pickup and drop-off from the airport to my hotel and back. They never picked my wife and I up to take us to the airport. I had to pay a lyft 85$ to get there... When I tried to ask for a refund I was yanked around between Expedia and Carmel saying the other company had to do their part. It was an incredibly unfriendly experience and I will never use this service again. I asked for a full refund of the 100$ I paid and after nearly 3 weeks of calling every other day to get this sorted out I end up with a 40$ refund even though I was told I was getting the full refund by every single person I talked to! They lied to me and at this point I am so defeated from talking to people who lie right to you that they can just keep the 60$. Disgusting business practices. Just use an Uber, Lyft, Taxi, anything but this company.
