We did not get picked up using our voucher. The company put our pick up time in as 3:30 AM instead of PM. I had a call the day before thinking it was cleared up. Instead, supposedly someone was picked using our voucher. These people would not refund us our money. We had to pay a second time for someone to get us. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We did not want rent a car as we intended to stay in the downtown and Riverwalk area of San Antonio. The use of a car service seemed like a good idea and we were very pleased with the results. There was a text from our driver,Angela waiting when I turned my phone on upon landing. She had simple straight forward directions to follow. She was at the meeting spot with a nice clean Chevy Traverse. Very smooth, comfortable ride to the hotel. Angela was very pleasant and offered good advice about local attractions and cuisine. From start to finish this was a good experience. I will definitely consider this service for future use.
