Our driver was on time, pleasant, helped with our heavy luggage, gave us some touristy information about restaurants and historical sites!
Got us to the hotel safely and I need to mention it was 11:40 PM, a late flight. . .he was so cheerful, it was refreshing at the end of a long day.

Rocked up late after several phoned calls. Driver forgot to refuel car so he did it on the way to our hotel. Disappointing.

Very disappointed in this service that I received in San Antonio and will never use them again. For starters, the driver was not waiting for me and my family at baggage claim as stated on the voucher that I was told to print and present. In fact he showed up 45 minutes late and that was after I called 3 times. I paid for a private service and got worse than a cab service. On initial signup it was documented what my flight number was and the time I would need the service. For the amount I paid for this service or lack there of, I will be extremely cautious when selecting another.
