Our flight was delayed due to Mauna Loa eruption; however, driver was very patient as we waited for our late arriving bags. She was very nice but didn't speak much English, so hard to communicate.

The vehicle provided was not as requested and not suitable for the trip. The driver was good but otherwise nothing to recommend the service provided
