This company is awful. When I first booked a ride from the Kona airport to my new home I listed the nearest town. My house is EXACTLY 1 mile from the center of town. I got a call asking for me to email my exact address. All fine. I got my confirmation and thought I was set. And then… at 1:30 am on the morning I am flying out I get a text message saying that my “new address is much further” and I needed to pay $35 more to make the ride happen. I make the online payment. And then at 6 am I get another text message asking me to email the confirmation of payment! I would up paying $155 for the ride. When I arrived, a very nice man met me and handled my bags and drove me home. It turns out that the ride really should only cost $95. This company takes a huge fee and basically contracts out with local services. While my driver was excellent, this company “Elifelimo” feels like a disorganized scam. I will never use them again.

Appreciable Mr. Jan, first, accept my sincerely apologize for this situation, I would like to explain because for us your perception is super important and we are working to improve our services, for this type of product at Viator, we need to have a drop off points is very important to us to provide the service in the correct way for that reason maybe the zone you booked was not included but as you said was closed, so let me see a detail this issue please, some big cities needs to have a delimited area for drop off for the rate assigned to that zone but I will review your case to understand very well you are not happy, we will try to do our best to explain what happened and do something for you. my email is [email protected]. we will be waiting for additional information thank you for sharing your experience, that will help us to be better.
